Mashiso Asian Grille, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is looking for one catering manager to join our growing team. This is a new position being created to service a new partnership with Aramark and the Cleveland Clinic. The restaurant is located at 11520 Clifton Boulevard. Preparation for the catering orders will take place at this location and then will be transported to 1 of 8 Cleveland Clinic Hospitals in northeast Ohio. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Job Description: 

Compensation:

$15/hour during training -The successful candidate will work directly with the owner of the company until able to run the team on their own

up to $20/hour plus bonus when you are managing your own team plus reimbursement for travel mileage

Responsibilities

*Prepare food along with the locations existing restaurant team that will then be transported to 1 of 8 Cleveland Clinic locations for service to staff and visitors of the hospital. *The successful candidate will transport the product to the Cleveland Clinic location along with their team and serve Mashiso's unique Asian fusion cuisine to hospital employees and visitors. *The Catering Manager will then return to the restaurant to prepare for the following day. *We will be serving the food for the Hospital lunch rush from only 11 am to 2 pm Monday thru Friday

*Management in a quick service restaurant environment or banquet type facility *High customer service and cleanliness standards a must *Ultra reliable *Must have your own transportation *Must be able to pass a Cleveland Clinic background check *Must be fully vaccinated
