About Us
Winningham & Fradley Inc. is a 40+ year Professional Civil
Engineering Firm in the Broward County area. We offer a wide
range of Civil Engineering services, specializing in land
development, and planning for residential, commercial, and
industrial properties and general consulting services for
governmental Clients. We are seeking an office administrator
position to join our team whose responsibilities will include:
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, and reports to
determine their significance and distribute appropriately.
  • Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to clients
and vendors as needed.
  • Create and maintain project information in project
management system; create proposals, generate transmittals
per Project Manager’s request for plans and specifications
and pay requests.
  • Enter and maintain client and prospect data in automated
system.
  • Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for
appropriate parties.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and make arrangements, such as
coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, and
other meetings as necessary.
  • Prepare plans and specifications for pickup/shipment.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as (but not
limited to): filing, photocopying, taking, and distributing
meeting minutes, managing schedules, scheduling
appointments with internal and external parties, ordering
supplies, sorting, and distributing correspondence and
maintaining database records.

Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience providing administrative support
(preferably in the A/E/C industry).
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical
procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail,
spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other
office procedures at a proficient level.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • General basic knowledge of and ability to learn project
management software.
  • High degree of accuracy & attention to detail very
important.

Job Type: Full-time

Physical Setting: Office only (no working remotely)
Schedule: 8-hour shift (8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch), M-F
Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Experience: Office Administration (preferably in the A/E/C
industry): 3 years (minimum), 4-6 years (preferred)
Language: English; Bi-lingual/Multi-lingual welcomed.
