Office Administrator for Endodontic & Periodontal practice Job at Smile Group Inc
The Smile Group is seeking an office manager to join and grow our practice in our Specialty Largo location.
We are a new family/privately owned Fee for service specialty dental practice, We aim to be the number one choice for employees and patients alike.
The best fit for the position would be an experienced Dental Office Manager in Periodontics and/or Endodontics to lead and oversee the work of our staff, hit office objectives, Use problem solving skills and present/close large treatment plans to our patients. Fee for service experience preferred but not required.
To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated, highly organized, excellent communicator, and have the talent to inspire your staff and those around you.
The Dental Office Manager must be able to increase/stimulate new patient growth by closing Treatment plans, manage various operational duties, and ensure compliance/execution of operation standards, including compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
This role will work closely with the Director of Operations in development of protocols and policies and setting and obtaining the goals of the practice.
