Job Purpose
An Office Data Officer is well versed in all aspects of Microsoft Office especially Excel. Also accounts receivables, billing, SAP and other office needs for a manufacturing facility. The Data Officer will work closely with the HRA Supervisor, but also Customer Service Manager, Plant Manager and Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with H.R., tracking billing data, accounts receivable, service calls and other office data needs
Using SAP assist with reporting financial data and other
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and experience
Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills
Level training and experience in SAP
Experience with Office Administrative functions
Two years of college from an accredited school.
Personal attributes/characteristics
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to build and develop relationships at all levels
A self-starter comfortable with working with colleagues in a variety of international locations
Self-motivated and autonomous with effective time management abilities
Very fluent written/verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
