HealthPRO Heritage at Home, LLC is a therapist owned company that specializes in providing temporary and permanent therapy services to home health agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient clinics. We are dedicated to providing excellent patient care to all we serve in conjunction with our contracted entities. Improving patients' quality of life and functional abilities is core to HealthPRO's mission. Additionally, we ensure that our contracted client's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:Duties include but are not limited to: assisting the Therapy Coordinator in his/her duties, answering telephone calls and emails, calling agencies and therapists, entering and verifying data in electronic medical systems, customer service, running and updating back-office reports in Microsoft excel, and coordinating with local rehab supervisor.
