Office Assistant/Receptionist Job at Benchmark Aspen & Associates, LTD.
We're looking for an experienced Office Assistant to work closely with our team. This is a great opportunity for a responsible individual with excellent organizational skills to contribute to their organization.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in administrative support, front desk, receptionist, or similar.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite & Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail, efficiency in completing tasks.
- Gather information from team members and other individuals.
- Assume additional responsibilities as they arise.
Responsibilities: would include, but are not limited to:
- Incoming and outgoing phones and voicemail management
- Greeting clients that come into the office
- Client database management
- Scheduling tax appointments in electronic calendar
- Scanning, and uploading client documents
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain organization of front desk
- Completion of any special projects as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
