The person in this position performs a variety of clerical duties such as greeting customers, scheduling deliveries and service calls, taking payments, entering customer information, payments and sales orders into the computer , sorting and distributing mail, answering the telephone and maintaining daily reports , logs, files and records.

Experience
Preferred- Associates degree with course work emphasis in Secretary Science and office technology; one year experience in secretarial and administrative procedures or as an office assistant ; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge , skills and abilities for this job
