CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Responsibilities
The Office Lead is responsible for operational oversight of office functions for the Employee Assistance Services area. The main duties of the office lead include clinical scheduling, affiliate & client contracts, and responding to the concerns or questions of our business partners. This is a complex position requiring a working understanding of multiple computer systems and an ability to multi task at a very high level.

What You'll Do:
- Has a thorough understanding of EMR data requirements for effective use of EMR in all office functions.
- Has a thorough understanding of EMR registration and scheduling requirements and potential variations required by for specific functions.
- Is able to effectively and accurately assign the correct resources to the services desired or required by the clients.
- Is able to quickly learn and facilitate effective process changes in order to maintain clinical operations and clinical care.
- Accurately performs all financial transactions relating to contractual terms with companies and affiliates.
- Facilitates positive team development and interaction.
- Maintains all charts and records that are outside the scope of the EMR.
- Understands the complexity of Employee Assistance Services and the significant role that the front desk has with the diverse function of this department.
Qualifications
Associate Degree, Administrative Assistant Level training desired.
Three to five years of operational/coordination experience in which customers, clients, patients were served.
Computer literacy with rudimentary software systems.
Pay Range
$14.07 - $18.81 /hour
