Job Details for Office Manager:

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm on site
  • Pay Rate: $20-$22 hour
  • Temp to hire position

Job Responsibilities & Description for Office Manager:

  • Answering phones
  • Handling billing and customer service issues
  • Assisting with purchasing and order entry

Job Requirements for Office Manager:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous office experience
  • Proficient with Quick Books and accounting/ bookkeeping background
  • Attention to detail and willing to learn
  • Need to have own car- not accessible by public transit
