Office Manager/Bookkeeping Job at Heritage United Methodist Church

We are seeking a part-time Office Manager/bookkeeper who will handle all our church office administration and financials (accounts receivables, deposits, invoices and print checks. Statistical reports, quarterly reports and year-end reports generated. Payroll is semi-monthly: QuickBooks assisted by payroll service. Monthly budget reports and yearly budget preparation. This person also will onboard new employees as well as handle daily operations (order/purchase supplies, equipment needs, etc.).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
