On-Site Supervisor Job at Next Level Staffing
Next Level's on-site supervisor will be the first point of contact for our client. Ensure customer satisfaction, promptly answer all requests and inquiries. Assist clients in resolving personnel issues and disciplinary actions. Maintain track of all of our employees assigned, turnover ratio, and terminations. Supervise daily on-site operations, headcount, check in new associates, set them up on the time clock. Manage all employees’ punches and questions related to their time cards and payroll. Assist the branch with the on boarding process, recruiting, interviews, and filling of vacant positions.

Schedule:
- Full Time 40 hours per week, plus occasional overtime when needed.
- Must be flexible depending on client needs.
Duties for the On-Site supervisor will include:
Building, and maintaining strong relationships with our client partner; anticipating staffing requirements and expectations, and developing value-added services to support changing client needs
- Recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new employee
- Fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety
- Personifying our organization at the client worksite; demonstrating the company's and the area's core values, operating principles, and service.
- Reporting documentation, Payroll, and communication with client partners and management.
- Requirements for this Admin/ Recruiter role include:
- At least 1 year of related staffing and/or management experience
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems

- Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4x10
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Tracy, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
