Onboarding Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will manage the full hiring life cycle for TapestryHealth to ensure a positive and seamless experience in the new hire process as well as the offboarding process. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of onboarding and coordination.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for drafting offer letters and job descriptions.
- Complete state specific new hire paperwork.
- Kick off new hire paperwork and benefit enrollment in admin systems.
- Handle pre-employment screening, I-9, equipment ordering, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule all new hire orientation trainings.
- Conduct new hire orientations for HR.
- Communicates effectively with new hires via phone and email.
- Tracks onboarding tasks, follow-ups, and ensures new hire information provided and received is accurate and complete.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth transition after onboarding.
- Manages the Indeed Company page – updates to build brand, responds to reviews, etc.
- Manage all aspects of the offboarding process.
- Support the 30, 60, 90-day onboarding tasks.
- All other tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree – or will consider an associate degree with appliable experience.
- 2+ years of HR, onboarding or credentialing administration in high volume environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through
- Proficiency using mail, calendaring and shared drives
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Applicant tracking system experience
- Paycor or similar HCM system experience
- Knowledge of DocuSign
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
