Staffmax is looking to hire onsite UCaaS/Conferencing Technician in Pennsylvania. This is a fulltime 1 year contract position.

Job Details:

Title: Onsite UCaaS/Conferencing Technician
Location: Wawa, PA
Pay Rate: US $25-$26/hr
Onsite
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Potential weekend work or nighttime work, but not expected.

Job Responsibilities

1. Move Add and Changes and deletions (provisioning).
2. Serve in a dispatcher role, for example, scheduling dispatches with vendor and client locations.
3. Provide operational support to and for customer issues, while managing escalated issues/event status in the ticketing system in adherence to the company’s operational level agreement
4. Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for diagnosing and troubleshooting UCaaS platform, Telecom Network
5. Triage and level 1 troubleshooting, a process defined by the client
6. Determine IT needs from the client and perform the following:

• Architecture a solution that meets the requirements
• Present solutions to client stakeholders and gain approval
• Develop a project plan to implement the solution
• Identify resource needs
• Manage project to completion, including hands-on implementation

7. Identify opportunities for optimization or process improvements

Job Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Ring Central UCaaS or something equivalent (CISCO, 8×8, Teams)
2. Knowledge of Five9 or other Cloud Contact Center platform
3. Experience providing provisioning, initial troubleshooting, and coordinating dispatches to locations as needed. 5 years demonstrable at a minimum
4. Experience in constructing a delivery plan for IT adds, and replacements and managing such a plan.
5. Looking for a candidate that has unified communications experience. The UC that the client uses is ring central and teams. They are looking for someone with leadership experience, but not a Project Manager.
6. AV experience: conference room equipment troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of AV.
