Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for a Operational and Instructional Support Specialist to join our growing company in Fort Bragg, NC.
SUMMARY:
The Operational and Instructional Support Specialist delivers and recommends solutions to the Government in property management, process improvement, operations, tracking training programs, facilitating resource distribution and accountability for training programs, and data entry. The Operational and Instructional Support Specialist ensures training sites are fully prepared for use, course materials are available, and training support technology is energized and ready for use.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze all available aspects and resources to include, but not limited to LREC training assets and sources, instructional training hours, POI development, Oral Proficiency Interview data, Defense Language Proficiency Test data, LET resources and results, training materials, technology usage, training time available, and other resources in support of 1st SFC’s LREC training and development program.- Provide quarterly input summarizing resources, results, efficiencies, and inefficiencies.
- Make objective recommendations for improvements based on the quarterly reports.
- Conduct directed analyses that will be used to produce reports for 1st SFC Command LREC Program Manager for decision making and control in support of the 1st SFC’s LREC Program.
- Prepare presentations, develop information papers, collect data, identify data to be collected, and brief senior decision makers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience administering, managing, or conducting training.
- At least 1 year of experience administering, managing, or conducting training with government of DoD.
- High school graduate or possess a GED
- Proficient in use of all current Microsoft Office
- Ability to interact on a professional level with administration, faculty, students, and all personnel.
- Effective use of diplomacy, tact, and judgment.
- Ability to work well independently; demonstrated creativity, self-discipline, and organization.
- Ability to search and understand new technologies and their potential.
