The Role
Endeavor Analytics’ InfoSec team works tirelessly every day to keep our data safe, and to protect our customers, partners and information systems. This exciting role sits within the Information Security GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) function and is responsible for Endeavor Analytics’ security policies. We work closely with the Operations team, Corporate Cyber Security and Internal Audit functions to ensure that the wider Endeavor Analytics business unit knows and understands the risks we all take with the information that we are trusted with as part of our day-to-day business operations.
We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to support all aspects of information security operations across the whole Endeavor Analytics business unit. This will include supporting tasks in information security governance, compliance audits, infosec awareness education and vendor risk management.
What would I be doing?
Working with the Information Security Manager, the role holder will work on all security matters spanning people, process and technology, collaborating with various stakeholders across the wider Endeavor organization.
Job tasks will include:
- Creating and regularly revising information security documents, policies, processes and procedures as required.
- Working closely with business stakeholders and project teams to understand, scope and define security requirements.
- Assist in developing control testing strategies, to ensure our security controls are meeting their objectives.
- Perform internal security and vendor risk assessments.
- Support Data Protection activities as required.
- Assist the Information Security teams and Business functions in maintaining security certification which include ISO 27001 and SOC2 attestation.
- Provide effective reporting to the Information Security Manager of trends, audit findings and risk ratings.

Desired Traits
- Experience working in an Information Security role dealing specifically with governance, risk and compliance areas.
- Prior experience writing Information Security related Policies, Processes and Procedures.
- Experience managing internal and third-party vendor risk assessments and writing risk assessment reports.
- The ability to effectively communicate infosec risks and impact to various non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current information security standards, frameworks and regulations such as ISO27001, NIST and SOC2.
