We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at SterileMed. SterileMed is a commercial-grade cleaning company maintaining facilities throughout the Tri-State Area. We specialize in medical-grade cleaning of hospitals and doctors offices and also perform general daily maintenance for a variety of commercial buildings, offices, and educational facilities. Additionally, our team does post-construction cleaning for construction companies (cleaning large residential and commercial high-rise buildings)

The Operations Managers will handle day-to-day operations of our Post Construction Cleaning accounts. This individual will provide support and leadership to our employees as well as deliver excellent client service to all accounts. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives interacting with clients but also knows how to relate well to employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with route supervision REQUIRED (handling 20-30 accounts)

- Knowledge of basic janitorial maintenance care

- A professional with great communication skills who thrives when interacting with clients

• Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented

- Relates well to employees and is willing to do whatever work is necessary

• Team leadership Abilities

- 5+ years of Commercial Cleaning Supervisory Experience and/or Project Management / Field Operations

- Experience managing multiple project sites and overseeing Operation Managers

- Spanish and English speaking required

- Valid drivers license required
