Operations Managers maintain the atmosphere, cleanliness and profitability of the club overall. Their duties range from generating income through retail standards and staff performance, to managing fiscal activities for the club overall, including club payroll and cash handling. As a leader in the club, the Operations Manager is responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees, developing a professional staff, and ensuring all company standards, policies and procedures are in place and consistently practiced.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
