SERVPRO®of Pembroke Pines / West Miramar Operations Manager (Restoration & Reconstruction)

Seeking individuals with Restoration and Construction or similar industries!!

Primary Responsibilities

· Oversee the Mitigation and Reconstruction Departments

· Manage operations to ensure the entire process flows efficiently

· Actively Manage the Reconstruction Project Managers and Mitigation Project Managers

· Quality Control Check the entire process, including the Xactimate Estimates, customer service and quality of job completed

· Assist to Create Estimates in Xactimate for Mitigation and Reconstruction jobs

· Manage the relationship with the customers throughout job process

· Create a Budget per each department, and manage to the Budget

· Assist upper management with cost estimates for the year

· Scope job by identifying the amount of labor and materials necessary to complete the job from beginning to end

· Scope the time required to complete each job and coordinate / schedule jobs

· Create the budget required to complete Reconstruction Jobs and manage to the Budget.

· Communicate with customers to understand their needs for each job performed and ensure job quality meets highest customer service levels

· Communicate the status of each job to Upper Management on a daily basis

Position Requirements

· Must Speak English (Bilingual Preferred), no exception

· 5 years’ experience in Restoration Preferred

· 5 years experience in Construction / Reconstruction Preferred

· 5 years with Xactimate Estimating experience Perferrred

· 5 years experience managing Restoration and Reconstruction Projects

· 5 years’ experience in Construction

· High school diploma/GED

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
