A financial services company in New York City is actively seeking a self-motivated and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new Operations Professional. In this role, the Operations Professional will reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data from the third party Administrative Agent.

- Maintain Wall Street Office (WSO) database by entering daily investment activity, verifying, and backing up data
- Increase productivity by using automated options on the system and coordinating information requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to be communicated with Custodian and Accounting Administration Team
- Prepare trade tickets and supporting documents for the purchase of loan and equity across the entire platform
- Serve as the liaison between the deal teams and the finance and operations team through entire trade and close process
- Process trades in ClearPar
- Book all trades into our operation platform
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-4+ years of prior experience in operations within financial services
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Experience in WSO, ClearPar, and Black Mountain Software
