- Repairs roof leaks in all school buildings in DCSS and prevents water damage to school property through new roof installations and minor repairs.
- Communicates with plant engineers and head custodians to collect information to assist in resolving roof leaks.
- Cleans roofs of trash, leaves, and debris.
- Ensures that all work orders for roof leaks and other repairs are obtained, read and completed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) years of roofing maintenance, repair, installation or closely related experience is required.
