Super Soccer Stars is the parent company of the East Coast’s three premier children’s sports development programs, holding over 1,000 classes each week for early childhood, elementary, and middle school children. Super Soccer Stars team of over 200 full and part-time staff and teacher coaches are committed to delivering the highest quality educational experience in over 250 schools, childcare centers and facilities throughout New York City.


Job Description:

We are looking for an intelligent, personable, ambitious, and highly self-motivated individual with true leadership abilities to work with the Staffing Supervisor in the New York City Region. If you are a focused, driven leader looking to join an organization in which you can have an immediate impact, then this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact to handle incoming calls from field staff
  • Liaising with instructors to provide detailed class information
  • Daily scheduling of instructors using our web-based staffing system
  • Assist in maintenance of daily and weekly schedules to maximize departmental efficiency
  • Assisting in future planning of seasonal schedules

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with heavy call volume preferred
  • Detail-oriented with an acute ability
  • Personable, customer service-oriented
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems a major plus
  • Hybrid role, can work remote but is required to be in office on weekends.


Schedule: Friday (8:30-5:30), Saturday - Sunday (7am-4pm), Monday (8:30-5:30)
