Main Responsibilities

• The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer Service Representatives who deliver product directly to our airline customers.
• Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards, and have a commitment to exceptional service.
• You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes and continuous improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Experience Last Mile Logistics-2-3 years in related industry. BS in related field preferred.

• Problem solving and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software a plus.
• Schedule:

• Two days off back-to-back
• Open Availability Required. Including Weekends & Holidays
