Main job functions for Operations Support:
- Meet acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality
- Meet acceptable standards based on performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service by answering and handling all calls in a courteous and professional manner, for both inter-department and customer calls
- Provide operational support to all FSNB branch staff
- Have problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel, both to local locations and nationally
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Previous banking/financial industry experience is a plus
