Atlantic Wireless Communications, a top agent of UScellular™, is looking for an individual to provide operations support to company leadership and associates across multiple locations. This unique position blends computer knowledge with Human Resources projects and administrative processes. The Operations Support position works behind the scenes, enabling our associates to effectively provide exceptional customer service.

Location
This opportunity will provide remote support to associates, employment candidates, store locations, and key administrative team members within Atlantic Wireless.
Reports To
The Operations Support Specialist will report to the CEO, Brandon Tate.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Operations Support
  • Reconcile daily bank deposits
  • Reconcile commissions and contingent refunds for AWS
  • Assist with inventory management including reconciling store counts, and RMAs
  • Social Media management
  • Annual Review management
  • Computer, printer, and credit card support for retail locations
  • Vendor Statement Auditing
HR Support
  • Assist with hiring new associates by serving as point of contact, communicating job offer information, and establishing start dates
  • Assist with onboarding new associates in various systems
  • Communicate compliance learning deadlines, monitor completions, and report data to company leadership
  • Audit and maintain associate profile information across multiple systems and tracking mechanisms
  • Create, administer, and collect company surveys
  • Assemble, prepare, and analyze associate and company data reports
  • Research, recommend, and order store supplies and recognition items
  • Assist with offboarding associates in various systems
  • Provide general administrative support as requested
  • Assist company leadership on special projects as requested
Other
  • Support new store expansion
  • Across all areas of responsibility, seek to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Live into the behaviors of the Atlantic Wireless core values (Fun, Integrity, Respectful, and Relentless)
  • Provide world class service to all external and internal customers of Atlantic Wireless
  • Complete all required UScellular and Atlantic Wireless training and compliance programs
  • Comply with all UScellular and Atlantic Wireless policies and procedures

Qualifications/Experience
  • High school diploma or state equivalency required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
  • Prior troubleshooting and repair experience of IT, computer, electronics, and wireless devices in a customer service-oriented environment
  • Must be able to operate computers and proficiently use multiple applications simultaneously: Microsoft products (Excel Spreadsheets), Google products (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Point of Sale systems, Windows operating system, and other applications used to conduct UScellular and Atlantic Wireless business objectives
  • Ability to identify obstacles and problem-solve
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and associate personal information
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Display a high level of accountability and dependability
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
