PAY RANGE FOR OPERATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Support Technician is the collaborator whose main responsibilities are focused on assisting managers in maintaining a smooth administration process at the restaurant(s).

JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Support Technician is the collaborator whose main responsibilities are focused on assisting managers in maintaining a smooth administration process at the restaurant(s).
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN:
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant administrative experience
- Basic administrative, Human Resources, and/or restaurant experience preferred but not a requirement
- Flexible Work Schedule
- Average 30-40 hours per week
- Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
- Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and/or Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
