During your time as a Operator Associate you will…

• Load and process reactors and perform in-process quality testing.
• Perform in-process testing procedures, as directed.
• Read and understand MPI’s and associated documentation and DCS operation.
• Drive tow motors/fork trucks.
• Maintain assigned inspections and housekeeping duties.
• Participate in safe work practices and use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) database.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Perform effectively in a team-based environment.
• Perform all required health and safety inspections at prescribed frequencies.
• This position works 12-hour shifts, rotating every four weeks from day to night shifts.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

If you have…

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing / production experience required.
• General knowledge of plant chemical procedures and equipment an asset.
• Experience with Forklift an asset.
