Position Scope:
This position is for a Supply Chain IT Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Manufacturing Industry knowledge, and high-tech manufacturing business processes.
This position is for a Supply Chain IT Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Manufacturing Industry knowledge, and high-tech manufacturing business processes.
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working closely with the business teams at various TTM locations to design and implement business processes and solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite application. Daily interaction is required with end-users to define business requirements, design business processes, and implement viable, standardized solutions. This position will work closely with other Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and Database Administrators on various Oracle Application implementation projects and will represent the functional needs of all end users.
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for implementing Oracle E-Business Suite including modules such as Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Product Catalog, and Approvals Management. Implementation tasks include activities like designing data conversions and validating converted data, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing solution design specifications, documenting system configurations, leading user acceptance testing, and supporting implementations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the users to analyze, create, and support business solutions
- Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite
- Work on complex solutions where strong data analysis and evaluation of business cases is required
- Write and maintain technical documentation to describe requirements, logic, testing, changes, and corrections
- Test and verify solutions, data mapping and definitions
- Provide technical assistance with troubleshooting by responding to inquiries and questions
- Some travel required, generally less than 25%
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- 4+ years as a Business/Functional Analyst in and of the following functional areas: Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Product Catalog, and Approvals Management
- Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12 in a manufacturing environment is required
- Have performed as a liaison between business teams and IT
- Work in a self-directed mode
- Ability to coordinate tasks amongst a small team
- Facilitate and lead meetings with all levels of internal and external personnel
- Ability to negotiate solutions across functions
- Communicate articulately with business and technical personnel
- Create clear, complete and concise documents and analytical instruments
- Commonly accepted business processes and practice found in the high-tech industry and/or preferably the Printed Circuit Board industry
Preferred Skills:
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- 8 years of implementing an Oracle EBS system at a manufacturing company
- SQL, and Oracle DB knowledge
- Experience working in a global team
Education and Experience:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Oracle Certified candidates preferred

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation range and bonus are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
