Order Entry/Invoicing/AR Job at Joy Cone Company
JOB SUMMARY:
This is a position that will include various functions in support of order entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Overtime is not expected but may be required periodically.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Involves collection, organization, processing, verifying and scanning/filing of required paperwork and other duties as may be added
- Assist other function dedicated personnel within the department
- Involves keyboard operation and regular use of office equipment
- Position is essentially sedentary, but candidate must have the ability to access all areas of the office.
- Involves occasional offsite trainings, seminars and webinars
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, recommended; AS/400 skills a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work professionally with employees and co-workers
- Must have demonstrated good work habits and attendance
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills a must
- Preference will be given to candidates with accounting related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
