We are looking for dynamic, high energy, and results driven Warehouse Order Pickers to join our team! We offer a fun, fast paced, and family oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

What does a OFAs do?

• Process customer orders quickly and efficiently by using technology to locate the item(s).
• Troubleshoot orders by locating the item and reporting any inventory discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders to ship to the customer.

This is a fun and fast paced job that involves a lot of walking during your shift.

Additional duties may include:

• Receipt and placement of inbound inventory
• Pulling and packing of outbound inventory.
• Shipment processing.
• Inventory maintenance.
• Housekeeping such as sweeping and maintaining orderly stock on shelves.

• Are highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Can lift 50 lbs.
• Are available to work full-time hours, Monday-Friday with the possibility of working overtime hours and some Saturdays. Hours vary by workload and increase in peak season.
• Can stand, walk, bend, climb stairs and step ladders, stoop, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Are able to perform assignments in a warehouse setting where the temperature is variable depending on seasonal conditions.
• Agree to a background check (post offer only).

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions: Requires working in a warehouse environment with possibility of periods with extreme temperatures. Must be able to walk without assistance, and use hands and arms to locate and remove items from shelves. Order pickers occasionally need to navigate stairs. This position involves frequent standing, bending, lifting and pulling. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
