Lumivero is hiring an Order Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with other members of our Order Operations team rolling up Order Operations manager. This is a great opportunity to join the company at a time of exciting change and growth.
Essential Job Duties
- Review and book orders globally
- Invoice customers
- Manage customers inquiries for sales orders (email and phone)
- Provision customer licenses and research provisioning on customer request
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Verify and enter customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; verify auto-entry is correct in CRM
- Verify product details and calculate unit price and apply appropriate discounts
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding issues with inventory or price
- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with office administration duties as needed
Requirements
2-3 years of accounting and/or operations experience- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with accounting software (preferably Intacct, Salesforce and Zuora)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, drive, and initiative
- Analytic thinker
- Detailed oriented
- Proven ability in following process and direction
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is also valued.
- This role will work remotely.
