Briljent is looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst who can conduct change readiness and change impact assessments and develop a stakeholder engagement and communication strategy to accelerate adoption of these applications.

Essential Duties

• Manage the progress of the monthly status deliverables
• Deliver the weekly status client submission
• Ability to apply OCM best practices, developing communications and templates for the client
• Coordinate with OCM Training Lead and training team members
• Ability to work within established timeline for developing work products/deliverables and escalate risks in meeting deadlines
• Knowledge and understand of Public Health applications, e.g., Immunization Information Systems a plus
• A good team player, ability to learn quickly.
• Create and maintain process documents and templates
• Resolve questions and/or issues as they arise
• Facilitate meetings, take meeting minutes, and upload documentation
• Ad hoc requests based on project needs

• 1-3 years of project change management support experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with clients at all levels within the organization
• Experience in executing OCM strategies for large IT System implementations.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with/applying human-centered design concepts (e.g., personas, journey maps)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across business groups
