Location: Remote

  • Applies a structured methodology and leads OCM activities
  • Applies a change management process and tools to create both a go-live business approach and a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a Project or initiative and supports communication efforts.
  • Supports the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Assesses the change impact.
  • Conducts impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders and support training efforts.
  • Provides input, documents requirements and supports the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Participate in Project kick-off meeting.
  • Contribute to finalizing requirements developed with Customer.
  • Contribute to finalizing the HLD and LLD documentation following the review with Customer.
  • Contribute to high-level Project planning Attend half-hour (1/2 hour) long check point meetings twice a week.
