A well-respected orthodontic practice in Monmouth County is seeking a full-time receptionist. Experience in dental and/or orthodontic reception and insurance is a plus, but not necessary. Excellent communication skills, telephone skills, and presentability are a must. Ability to multitask and learn new computer software programs, as well as experience with Word, Excel and Power Point required.

Our growing practice is fast paced and the perfect place for an outgoing multitasker, willing to take on any responsibility. We offer 5 days per week Monday and Wednesday in our Sea Girt, NJ location and Tuesday and Thursday in our Lincroft, NJ location. Friday location rotates.

Full-time Year-Round Receptionist

· $18-$20/hour (depending on experience)

· 5 days per week

· No weekends

Fall/Winter/Spring Hours (Rotating Weekly Shifts):

Shift 1: Mon-Thurs 11-7:30 Friday 9-4

Shift 2: Mon-Thurs 9-7:30 Off Friday

Once a month Tuesday and Wednesday hours are 7-5:30 (until March, then switches to 8:30 – 6:30)

Summer Hours (Rotating Weekly Shifts):

Shift 1: Mon-Thurs 7-4 Friday 9-4

Shift 2: Mon-Thurs 7-5

Benefits: Partially paid healthcare after 90 days. 401K pension/profit sharing after 1000 hours. Uniform provided.
