As an Outbound Customer Service Rep (CSR) you will service Members and Providers on varying Outreach projects with a common focus on ensuring our members are connected to vision and dental care. CSR’s will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, demonstrating responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers, maintaining production and phone quality standards, and supporting individual/team goals and initiatives.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Providing high quality, member focused customer service on outbound calls with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and connecting members to care.
  • Independently managing time to ensure all work is completed on or before the turnaround time.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within a team environment.
  • Quickly learn and apply new procedures or requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Applying an innovative mindset to find improved methods for completing work.
  • Other duties as assigned.
You have
  • A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking & analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem resolution
  • Proficient windows-based computer skills and skill in navigation and use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA-related and company information confidentiality standards
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
  • High school diploma or GED high school equivalency certificate
  • Bilingual is a plus
