DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provision of direct clinical services, including intakes, individual, group, family therapy, and skill building groups to Day/Rehabilitative Treatment and outpatient clients. (Examples of tasks: treatment planning; schedules and delivers therapy which meets the Center’s expectations; client follow-up; completes quality clinical recording in a timely manner; assists in integrating all activities into a highly effective treatment unit; participates in court screenings).

· Screens referrals for admission to Day Treatment/Rehabilitative Day Program. (Examples of tasks: maintain close coordination with referral sources; evaluates clients for admission; consults with other Center staff providing admission evaluations for their clients; documents all evaluations including treatment plans and admission criteria).

· Client placement on discharge. (Examples of tasks: establishes contact with client families; coordinates with family members and client to ensure the most effective post-treatment discharge plans; maintains an awareness of residential programs that could serve as treatment alternatives; schedules follow-up care as needed).

· In coordination and consultation with Program Director and staff, ensure a high quality of treatment services to clients involved in the Rehabilitative Day Program. (Examples of tasks: completes own work in accordance with Quality Assurance standards; participates in peer review; participates in case staffing).

· Provides program support services. (Examples of tasks: researches new data related to treatment; secures the use of community resources; completes administrative record keeping; relates to referring and supportive agencies).

· Meet required productivity expectations.

· Customarily and regularly exercise discretionary power. (Example: Comparison and evaluation of possible courses of conduct in acting and making a decision after various possibilities have been considered.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
