We are looking for an experienced energetic OUTSIDE SALES executive who has a proven track record selling physical security products to dealers and distributors.

Territory: CA/AZ

Based in Southern CA (Orange/LA county area)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop potential new and existing dealers within the territory and have a strong focus on sales
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales cycle
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by creating strong partnership while understanding and fulfilling customer’s needs.
  • Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence and brand recognitions
  • Provide full training and field support
  • Travel within the Territory, manage and visit accounts on a regular basis to provide continuous support and generate new business for the company and partners

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and target driven individual with proven track record in sales
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process and implement to maximize sale potential
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • 8+ years of successful previous experience as an outside sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • A self-starter who can plan and organize own daily work schedule to maximize contact with customers
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Highly Results Oriented
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
  • Energetic Demeanor
  • Technically inclined
  • Security Industry, and or Industrial Sales Experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
