Job Summary:

Responsible for the performance of the packaging operation on his/her shift. Monitor product flow from strippers and silos through the packaging machines, clear product jams, perform machine and product changeovers. Seeking experienced operators with a solid mechanical aptitude.

This individual must possess good mechanical skills and be able to demonstrate their ability to produce quality products at levels that will allow the plant to meet or exceed its goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills

• The successful candidate must have:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food manufacturing),
• have a HS diploma or GED.
• troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,
• good communication skills,
• ability to use computer terminals,
• complete basic math,
• lift up to 50 lbs, push loaded totes with wheel over 750 lbs.
