Shift Opportunity:

Essential Job Responsibilities – will include, but are not limited to:

• Read the work orders to determine product specifications, materials to be used, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Set up of equipment, startup and shutdowns, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment to ensure employee safety, product quality, and quantity.
• Monitor the production line, equipment performance, product count, and adjust for problems such as pile-ups, jams, open bottles, printing, or malfunctioning seals.
• Record operational and production data on specified forms, in logbooks, and update room status signs.
• Stock and sort product and packaging supplies such as, film, boxes, lids, bottles, ink, labels, etc.
• Complete the returns process for unused material once batch is completed.
• Measure and examine materials and finished products to ensure conformance to established standards and remove materials that do not meet standards.
• Maintain and complete all daily line reports on specified forms and collect samples.
• Maintain supply of materials to the line throughout the shift.
• Clean and sterilize the equipment and work areas as specified.
• Comply with the Company SOP’s.
• Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
• Reports to work regularly and on time.
• Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mathematical Skills – Accuracy with arithmetic and subtraction
• Language Skills – Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and hold detailed conversations in English
• Ability to work well with others.

Physical Demands:

• Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, and pull.
• Specific sensing abilities required by this job include near vision, hearing, and manual dexterity.
