PAETC Unit Coordinator Job at University of California San Francisco
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for Zoom or Adobe Connect webinar sessions, and meetings/conferences; provide logistical support for faculty development conferences and other educational programs.
- Provide administrative support for the Pacific AETC Regional Office senior management team, including logistics for visitors and trainings, operations support for purchasing, processing reimbursements, and the day-to-day functions of office-management
- Assist in the coordination of project work for the Pacific AETC Regional Office senior management team; assist with developing program materials, maintain database and spreadsheets, and perform other program-related functions.
- Conduct research and literature reviews for Pacific AETC Regional Office senior management team; facilitate, review and coordinate peer-reviews for articles, support abstract submissions and prepare conference poster presentations.
- Coordinate and manage travel and reimbursement documents for the administrative unit. Manage and track travel arrangements (international, domestic and State-sponsored), and process reimbursement reconciliation.
- Support expense reconciliation with Financial Assistant and RSA. Order supplies as required.
- Coordinate FCM and UCSF projects in collaboration with Pacific AETC Regional Office senior management team
Department Description
