Essential Job Accountabilities:
- Paints parking lots and sidewalk curbing.
- Paints safety stripes on crosswalks and sidewalks.
- Remove rust, primes and paints handrails.
- Paints concrete floors in CEP and machine rooms.
- Paints exterior doors and door frames.
- Minimum of High School or GED required.
- 1 year minimum required in a painting and/or building maintenance role.
Job Summary:The Painter is responsible for painting facilities and structures of the NCH Healthcare System.
