Paralegal/Legal Assistant Job at Confidential
Miami Lakes personal injury law firm is looking for a paralegal/legal assistant with experience in managing personal injury case files. Candidate shall have a general understanding of auto insurance policies and coverages, knowledge resolving property damage claims, obtaining client information at the initial intake, drafting letters to providers/auto insurance carriers/health insurance carriers, client follow-up calls, reporting claims to insurance carriers, requesting and obtaining policy coverage information, requesting and obtaining medical records and billing statements from medical providers, preparing the file for settlement, preparing closing documents, and preparing file for litigation. Candidate shall be proficient in English and Spanish, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
