Major Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Provide therapeutic instructional assistance to students with diverse academic and behavioral needs
• Implement behavioral intervention plans individualized to student needs
• Collection of, and on-going maintenance of, behavioral and instructional data
• Proactive communication and collaboration with the school team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have taken and passed the ParaPro test or have two years post secondary education (minimum 36 credits) or an Associate’s Degree or higher.
• Consistent attendance is an essential function of this position
• Excellent professionalism and communication skills
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of frequent standing, bending, kneeling and therapeutic holding as required
