The role of the Parent/Volunteer Coordinator involves coordinating parent/volunteer participation and maintaining an effective Parent/Volunteer Program.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High school diploma, or equivalent, from an approved education institute CEOP Certification, preferred
Experience: Working with parents, students, teachers
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient use of MS Office software applications-advances skill level
Knowledge of pertinent state and federal purchasing laws and regulations
Professional communication skills and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented Strong organizational and clerical skills
Ability to organize and bookkeeping
Ability to multi-task and handle heavy workload in fast-paced office with critical deadlines
