Qualifications / Experience:

· Fundamental accounting principles knowledge

· Thorough, detail-oriented individual who can balance multiple tasks

· Interest in HR. HR experience is optional. Training will be provided

Education: Associates degree or actively pursuing Associates in Accounting

Description:

The Accounting and Human Resource (HR) Assistant will be responsible for assisting in accounting, payroll, and human resources activities.

Duties include but not limited to:

· Assist with monthly financial statements as assigned

· Assist employees with questions regarding payroll

· Handle new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll

· Process all aspects of the employee benefits and enrollments
