Job Description:
Under direct supervision of the Sr. Manager, Legal Operations, provides general administrative support to departments reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.
  • Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments.
  • Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables, as necessary.
  • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and travel.
  • Gives information to callers, receives, and distributes incoming and outgoing department mail.
  • Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May handle multiple projects.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Qualifications:
  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to prioritize work, work on multiple tasks and maintain organization of trips/meetings.
  • Must be self-directed in order to maintain office when managers are out.
  • Excellent telephone and customer etiquette skills.
  • Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments.
