-----PART-TIME------ Apartment Maintenance Job at Harvest Property Management
Looking for a motivated individual to handle the daily maintenance operations of an apartment community in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
Looking for roughly 15 hours per week.
Duties will include the following:
- Working with property manager to maintain the property
- Maintaining a presentable property appearance
- Addressing property issues as they arise (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Professional tenant interactions at all times
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Working in a cost effective manner to control expenses
