Part-Time Care Coordinator Job at Catholic Diocese of Lansing
Mother Theresa House is looking for a part-time Care Coordinator to ensure compassionate, high quality care of our terminally ill guests.
Qualifications: Two years caregiving experience. Hospice or home care experience is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Caregiving and ensuring coordinated care for our terminally ill guests according to the mission and policies of Mother Teresa House.
- Works closely with hospice agencies to coordinate high quality care.
- Builds strong relationships with guests and families.
- Works as part of a team with other caregiving staff and volunteers.
Time Commitment: Part-time, including every other weekend. Share 24-hour on-call to come to the House when needed.
