Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Job at Kendall Howard
Lemon Water Salon & Spa is seeking a passionate part-time Receptionist on evenings and every other Saturday to offer exceptional customer service in a professional work environment at our White Bear Township location. The Receptionist role is to provide support for all guests, service providers and management in that order. The Receptionist is in charge of all communications within the salon between all departments to help create flow and organization.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about Lemon Water products and services
- Create a relaxing waiting area environment for all guests
- Greet all guests within three seconds of them entering the store
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Keep retail shelves clean, stocked and organized
- Make appoint confirmation calls
- Open/close the store at the beginning and/or at the end of the day
- Receive orders and shipments
- Attend all company meetings as required
- Assist service providers and management when needed
- Encourage store promotions and offer additional services to all guests
- Attend continuing education as required
- Maintain salon cleanliness at all times
- Send and maintain all communications between email and phone
Minimum Qualifications:
The Receptionist team member must possess strong communication skills as well as excellent customer service abilities. This position requires multitasking abilities, reliability and patience under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
