Job Summary:

Handling daily operation for the Employee Services Office, while maintaining accuracy of office procedures, total compliance of guidelines for audits and meeting all standards within the Guest Service Mantra for Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor Arlington.


Activities Include:

  • Providing excellent service to Six Flags team members and meeting all standards of the Six Flags Mantra
  • Monitoring time systems to ensure accuracy for in/out time, breaks, disputes etc.
  • Monitoring fifteen year-old employees on a daily basis by enforcing compliance of state and federal laws
  • Reviewing and documenting policy violation infractions submitted by park management
  • Overseeing attendance tracking for all seasonal employees at both parks.
  • Enforce various policies and guidelines, including Dress Code/Grooming and Attendance guidelines for all team members.
  • Troubleshooting employee issues and concerns
  • Assisting with wardrobe distribution as needed
  • Tracking and distributing employee rewards
  • All other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with an emphasis on Customer Service
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
  • At least one year of park experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Must be able to commit to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be Self-Motivated, detail-oriented and work well with all departments in a very fast paced environment
