Part-Time Property Manager Job at Herzog Property Management, LLC
Herzog Property Management, LLC is looking to hire an experienced property manager to oversee approximately 48 rental units in Albert Lea, MN.
Herzog Property Management, LLC is a quickly growing management company. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.
This is a part-time position (6-10 hours per week) with a starting salary of $10,000 plus potential for quarterly bonuses.
Job duties include:
-Apartment showings and signing leases
-Move-out inspections
-Rent collection
-Handling tenant concerns
-Property walk-throughs to ensure the cleanliness of common areas and grounds
-Creating a friendly and cooperative atmosphere by being respectful and enforcing property rules
-Working with vendors, cleaning, and maintenance staff to ensure cleaning and repairs are done efficiently
-Advertise upcoming vacancies and respond to potential applicants -Complete background checks and interviews with applicants to determine eligibility
This person must have:
-Professional appearance and personality
-Great customer service skills
-Good problem-solving skills and be solution-minded
-Work well independently and be self-motivated
-Be thorough and detail orientated to ensure quality and accuracy
-No serious or recent criminal history, a background check will be required
-Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle
